Article 1 – Purpose and scope

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the terms and conditions of sale of the services offered by the MAPIOLE real estate platform (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”) to users (hereinafter referred to as “the Users”) .

Article 3 – Terms of dissemination of advertisements

The advertisements broadcast on the Platform are published for a fixed period, which may vary depending on the type of service chosen by the User.

Article 4 – Responsibility of MAPIOLE

MAPIOLE declines all responsibility in the event of damage caused to the user or to a third party due to the use of the platform.

Article 5 – User’s responsibility

The prices of the services offered on the Platform are indicated in CFA francs and include VAT (all taxes included). They are liable to be modified at any time by MAPIOLE, without notice. Payment for services is made by credit card or bank transfer. Payment by credit card is secure and the User’s banking information is encrypted during the transaction.

Article 6 – Intellectual property

The Platform owns the intellectual property rights to the content broadcast on the Platform. The User undertakes not to reproduce or use this content without authorization.

Article 7 – Termination and suspension of account

MAPIOLE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User account in the event of breach of the GCS or inappropriate behavior.

Article 8 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of the GCS will be submitted to the competent courts of Cameroon.

Article 9 – Entry into force and duration

The T&Cs come into force on the date of their publication on the Platform and are concluded for an indefinite period.
